Words cannot express my gratitude for the kindness and professionalism shown by Bob during the loss of my beloved Kenya. As my heart was breaking, Bob came to my home shortly after sunrise, on a holiday, to take Kenya to Heavenly Pet Memorials. I am forever grateful to you and your staff for easing my worries about her care at such a painful time. Kenya was not just a pet, but my true forever dog. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. Shelby's illness came on so fast and took her so fast we didn't have time to think. We miss her greatly and think of her all the time. Now we’ll always have a part of her, thanks to your paw print and hair clippings you took, and we will be eternally grateful to all of you. We have started over with a now 9-week old Sheltie, Saddie and her older sister Geni, as in Miss Congeniality. They're a joy to watch and have so many habits Shelby had, it's amazing. We made a donation of a new bag of Science Diet Dog Chow and treats and a dog bed to the Humane Shelter in Heavenly Pets' name. Thanks again.
